Micah used all of his recouped energy to become an army crawler - deciding it was high time he could get around the living room by pulling himself forward, backwards, and sideways, all with his hands. And on our wood floors.... he's fast! So have ended the days of leaving the room with Micah safely on his foam mat knowing he won't go anywhere...
Unfortunately, Micah woke up on Saturday morning with his first cold - runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes. However, he was pretty discontent being inside and since the weather was gorgeous on Saturday, we decided to head to Holy Hill and hike around the area on the Ice Age Trail. Micah did much better outside and loved just getting to look around. He got to try the back-carry in my Ergo and thought he was hot stuff. He also got to model his new outfit from Nana since we were climbing the biggest hills we could find in our area.
On Sunday we took it easy, and got a little Christmas shopping in. Since it was a little chilly in the morning, Micah got to drive his car around inside for a change. He loves all the noises the car makes! Actually, Micah just seems to enjoy noises in general, whether that includes banging, beeping and honking, songs, or even making noises with his mouth!
