When not outside, we seem to be "playing" the piano a lot lately. For some reason, Ezra has become obsessed with the piano, asking to play it multiple times a day (He crawls over to it, points, and says "that" which is how he communicates what he wants these days.). Micah, of course, joins as soon as Ezra sits down to play, so we have a lot of beautiful music (aka: banging) wafting through our home these days... lol. When Ezra is taking a morning nap, we get a break from the piano and Micah and I have been doing a short workout each day to try to get Mama back in some kind of shape. My workout partner is definitely pretty cute to watch as he tries to imitate the exercise moves!
We have new nicknames for the boys these days too... Ezra is now "The Climber" (he climbs anything he can all day), and Micah is "The Jumper" (he jumps off of everything all day). Ezra is definitely much more daring than Micah was at this age, which I'm sure is because Micah climbs everything so he can jump off of it (at least Ezra doesn't try to jump off... yet). Micah is also entering the questioning stage, which I'm told lasts for years... HELP! I'm of course thrilled that he is interested in things and wants to know more, but when he literally asks questions every minute of every day... I'm just not that talkative of a person. I need my quiet time, and, apparently, Micah does not. Thank goodness for grandparents who have been coming and are coming the next couple of weekends to celebrate Ezra's birthday... Micah loves talking to you guys and I will happily sneak away to "clean" and sit in the quiet, hehe!
