And then, Grandad and Nana left. And Matt went back to work. And Ezra started puking. Fortunately, Ezra's only lasted about 24 hours. Unfortunately, I started puking a day after Ezra stopped. Grandad drove back to Ohio to help with the boys the day I got sick because I could barely crawl around the house to care for the boys. Thank goodness for grandparents. Nana followed a day later after she finished work and they stayed for another weekend to help while I recouped. Mine only lasted about 24 hours too, so we were able to get out and enjoy the melting snow by the end of the weekend. Definitely one of the least fun weeks I've had in a long time, but we got some great time in with family and I got some snuggles in with my boys who don't typically sit still for much of that anymore.
Oh, and somewhere in the middle of all of this Ezra started taking a few steps here and there (usually if you trick him into walking to Nana). And he has learned to love a good game of chase with Micah, Dada, or me. Hopefully we can all stay healthy now in order to enjoy all the fun new things the boys do!
