The last two weeks have been pretty relaxed and uneventful. The boys and I settled into a routine of a daily morning walk with Micah riding his tricycle and me pulling Ezra in the wagon (with a pit stop by the neighborhood acorn tree to load yet more acorns into Micah's tricycle trunk) and an afternoon romp in the backyard if the weather allows. Micah has been on a construction kick (building train tracks, rocket ships, and construction vehicles) while Ezra prefers to tear all the wonderful creations apart (you can imagine how well that goes over with Micah). Of course, Ezra has also mastered crawling and is starting to cruise along furniture which gives him even easier access to everything that he wishes to destroy! Despite all this, the boys get along remarkably well and have a lot of fun together. Micah loves to "read" to Ezra (AKA recite books from memory as he turns the pages) and boss Ezra around like he's mommy ;) And Ezra just thinks everything Micah does is hilarious. Oh, and Ezra LOVES peekaboo and will initiate a game himself if he has something to hide behind. It's ridiculously cute. They're pretty awesome little boys to have around!
