Micah handled the changes like a champ. He started sleeping through the night (10.5-11 hours with no waking up!) at the beginning of the week. He is learning to play peek-a-boo and patty-cake (courtesy of the great grandparents). And he is trying to give hugs and kisses (sort of) when mom gets home (he's so stinkin' cute). Micah also loves to watch people eat food, especially if it is crunchy (morning cereal is the best!) and basically eats us out of house and breastmilk. He also is becoming increasing fascinated with the i-pad now that we use it to talk to Dad in Maine, though he seems to have a bit of confusion as to why the i-pad sounds like his Dad, but doesn't look like him.
Mom is just grateful to have made it through a week, and is very much enjoying a few days at home with Micah. The weekend also brought another changing of the Micah watchers - my parents are back! We spent the weekend going on walks and getting some stuff done around the house - and of course taking pictures of Micah!
