Meanwhile the boys have been busy growing and changing like always. Ezra has grown his vocabulary to include "all done" and is busy crawling and cruising the furniture. Oh, and destroying... EVERYTHING. He loves to go from room to room pulling things off shelves, taking apart train tracks, and throwing play food. He's hilarious and adorable doing it, but man does it make for a lot more clean up work! It also means that he can interrupt Micah who used to be pretty good at playing independently... and now isn't so much because Ezra wants what he has. Of course it goes both ways, because now that Ezra can also get things out on his own, Micah decides he wants whatever Ezra gets out too. It's. Exhausting. Micah, when not playing with Ezra, enjoys climbing to extreme heights these days, both in the house and on the playground. He also likes to jump from high places, and most recently, slide head first down slides, ladders, and off of couches. Micah is also a great helper with Ezra and likes to mimic my words and actions to keep Ezra out of trouble or to "boss" Ezra around a bit, haha. Overall though, they have a really good time together and take care of each other most of all.
December is here! My favorite month because of all of the family time, celebration, and magic of the season! We set the tree up first thing on December first. The boys had a blast decorating (mainly Micah who could really hang ornaments this year). Grandma came to visit for a couple of days too and and brought a fun project for her and Micah to tackle while Ezra napped: the Gingerbread House! They had such a good time working together to make the perfect house and it turned out so cute! We've also been hitting up the area parks on warm days to hike and play on the playgrounds just to change up the scenery of being home since we are stuck inside a lot more now that it has gotten cold. Fortunately, we were able to change things up a bit at home too by picking up a train table that a local mom was giving away for free and fixing it up a bit. It's given Micah a designated area out of the playroom to be able to play with trains and hopefully make it easier for us to keep Ezra away from the tracks!

The boys look so happy and enjoy each other so much. Can't wait to see them! I thought I could make some cookies in different Christmas shapes and Micah would like to decorate them with Carlie, Caroline and Noah. We will see if it can work! Much love,
