Ruth somehow is also already a month old (where did the time go?). She's sleeping a little less during the day and starting to show some personality. We've ditched newborn clothes and diapers and are well on our way through the 0-3 month clothes already. This girl is also quickly becoming a fabulous night sleeper, just waking up 1-2 times to eat before going right back to sleep from 8 PM to 8 AM.
After Grandma and Grandpa left, Matt had to work quite a bit so the kids and I spent many days together. And while I love our home and yard, we had to get out some too, so I took all three kiddos out by myself for some fun time (don't ask how long it takes to get everyone out the door, it's a long time, lol). One day we ventured to the Pueblo Nature Center to take a bike ride along the river, play, and see the raptors. Ruth usually sleeps when she's outside so it was a great morning of fun with the boys while Ruth napped away. Another day we headed to the splash pad and playground to cool off in the afternoon. The ice cream truck came by and we got to have an ice cream treat before heading home for dinner. When Matt isn't working we have been going for walks (the boys usually ride their bikes though) in the desert around our house, which the boys love to do.
