While we had a blast seeing everyone and travelling, it was good to be home! Ezra turned 8 months old while we were traveling, sits up very well all on his own, and is just starting to get in a crawling position (no forward motion, but he can scoot backwards like a pro). He likes to do everything Micah does and will voice his protests loudly if something is being done against his preferences. Micah is also on the cusp of 2.5 years old and is an outstanding big brother. He willingly shares and helps to look after Ezra, loves splashing with him in the tub, and enjoys singing songs around the house. Oh and is favorite question is, "What is that?".
On Saturday morning, before driving home from Pittsburgh, we decided to join Nana, Grandad, Aunt Jen, Uncle Jon, Jack, and Seth at the apple orchard and pumpkin patch for some fall fun! We picked some very large and delicious apples, hunted around for the perfect pumpkins to take home, and ate some amazing barbecue and ice cream before hitting the road and driving home to see Dada.
