We also made some big sleeping arrangement adjustments when we got back from vacation. Micah had been back in the crib due to craziness on the big boy bed, but Ezra really needed to move into his own space. So we talked to Micah who was all for "gifting" his crib to Ezra and moving back into the big boy bed for nights (we still use the pack n play for naps because he really likes to fight sleep by playing and being crazy). So we moved the crib into our guest room for Ezra, and Matt and I have our bedroom back! Micah had a blast showing the crib to Ezra and winding the mobile for him to listen to. He also has to kiss him goodnight every night. Unfortunately, Ezra is in the midst of the dreaded 4 month sleep regression and is still learning to put himself back to sleep at the end of each sleep cycle... which has meant a lot of wake-ups. Hopefully that gets better soon, because this Mama needs some sleep!
Ezra turned 4 months old on June 7th, and oh how time has flown! We took him for his check-up on the 7th and got a clean bill of health. As you can see above, he's growing well, is a healthy weight (of course he is, he loves to eat), and is meeting all of his milestones. He still isn't a fan of tummy time, or rolling, but he can do it. And his core is getting stronger, so he's starting to enjoy sitting up so he can watch everyone. His favorite person to watch is his brother, who amuses him to no end with all the "cool" things he can do (jumping, riding his bike, running, talking, playing). Micah has also taken a liking to playing, hugging, kissing, and helping with "Baby Ezra". He's gotten much more gently, and really will try to help entertain him and look out for him. It's very cute.

It's amazing that Ezra has far more than doubled his birth weight in only 4 months! He is such a cutie, and big brother Micah is such a protector.
